Forged Integral Paring/Utility knife

Originally, these forged integral blades were designed as a low entry cost paring knife i could make affordably for customers, however they have since evolved into something more. After having customers request sheathes with these, many use them as lightweight camp knives, no-fuss hunting knives, and others use them for everyday carry purposes. So, despite my initial effort, when people ask “what is it for?” i now say “its up to you”

In an effort to include low waste products to our line these are forged out of recycled automotive leaf springs, that are a steel composition called 5160 that is known for high durability and impact resistance. The rounded and satin polished choil and spine offer surprising comfort from a small profile blade. The finger choil and tapered handle make for a firm purchase of the handle, great for keeping a good grip on the knife in wet conditions.

The blades are all forged to shape, and come with a hot formed kydex sheathe and belt/pocket clip, making it easy to toss in a knife bag or backpack.

Since this is a handmade product, there are slight variations in regards to shape and size, but the rough general dimensions are as follows:

Total length: 210mm (8.25 in)

Blade length 90 mm (3.5 in)

Blade thickness at heel: 3mm (.150 in)

handle thickness at choil 4.2 mm (.165)
